Marine Homeworld Power, Make Up! is command used by Lady Amphirite in order to transform into Sailor Marine. To activate this command, Amphirite needs her Transformation ring.

Amphirite rise up hand with her transformation ring and then she became covered with binar code 1 and 0 and her sailor form became materialised from it. She is finally revealed, taking her pose and saying her phrase.
