Charon Homeworld Power, Make Up! is command used by Lady Persefone in order to transform into Sailor Charon. To activate this command, Persefone needs her Transformation ring.

Persefone rise up a hand with her transformation ring and then wave of purple Styx liquid wrap around her. Then she is finaly revealed, taking pose and saying her phrase.
